Introduction

This License sets out the rights and restrictions that apply when you download, clone, or otherwise use AI Build design assets, code templates, or documentation (collectively the "Licensed Materials"). By accessing the Licensed Materials, you agree to this License in addition to the Terms of Service.

License Grant

Subject to full payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Licensed Materials to build unlimited end products for yourself or your clients. You may modify source files to fit your projects as long as you comply with the restrictions below.

Permitted Use

• Create internal tools, commercial SaaS products, or client work derived from the Licensed Materials.
• Host, deploy, and distribute compiled end products to your customers.
• Combine the Licensed Materials with other libraries or proprietary code, provided the resulting product does not violate this License.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Materials in their original or modified source form.
• Use our brand names, logos, or trademarks in a way that implies endorsement.
• Publish the Licensed Materials in an open-source repository where others can freely copy the assets.
• Build a competing boilerplate, template pack, or component library whose primary value is providing our Licensed Materials.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Licensed Materials remain with AI Build. No ownership or title passes to you. Any goodwill generated through use of the Licensed Materials accrues to AI Build.

Attribution

Attribution is not required, but we appreciate a link to AI Build whenever practical. Do not misrepresent modified versions as being created by us.

Updates & Support

License purchases include access to updates released for the same major version of the Licensed Materials. Support, onboarding, or customization services are not included unless stated in your order confirmation.

Warranty & Liability

The Licensed Materials are provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability arising out of this License is limited to the fees you paid for the Licensed Materials.

Term & Termination

This License remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate it if you materially breach any provision and fail to cure the breach within fourteen (14) days of notice. Upon termination, you must stop distributing products that rely on the Licensed Materials and delete source copies, except for already launched end products that remain in compliance.

Enterprise or Volume Use

If you require expanded rights (for example, unlimited seats across multiple business units), please contact us for a custom agreement.
